Based on the information you have provided, it does not appear that your girlfriend qualifies for a visa based upon your current relationship. If you were married she could qualify as a dependent on your employment visa. It cannot be determined in this forum why she may have been given less than the 6 months she would be entitled to in entering the US as a tourist (B-2). Additionally it cannot be determined if she could qualify for an employment visa independently and therefore travel with you. These issues may be addressed in the context of a paid consultation.
