גרין קארד
שבוע הבא אני טס לארהב במטרה להתחתן עם חברה שלי שיש לה גרין קארד ל 10 שנים, אחרי החתונה תהיה לי אופציה לצאת ולהכנס לארה״ב(היא עדיין לא אזרחית)??איזה זכויות יהיו לי אחרי החתונה לבעלת גרין קארד( או שלא יהיו)? תודה לך...שבוע טוב!!!
If you are entering the US on your tourist visa, then you can only stay as long as the immigration officer allows. As far as rights are concerned, unfortunately, you will only obtain US rights once your wife applies for a Green Card for you and you are approved.

Unfortunately, that is correct. Marrying someine does no automatically give that person a legal immigration status in teh US. You still have to apply for the Green Card and get approved first, before any rights are given.
עדיין לא ענית על השאלה שלי, התכוונתי שאפילו שאין לה אזרחות עדיין , ז״א היא לא אזרחית ארה״ב ויש לה רק גרין קארד ל 10, אחרי החתונה עדיין אוכל לקבל גרין קארד לאחר החתונה( לאחר הבקשה והראיון בהגירה) או שהיא חייבת להיות אזרחית ארה״ב?!?? תודה רבה רבה לך!!!!
That is correct, a Permanent Resident can apply for the new spouse for a Green Card.
