אהלן, לאמי יש אזרחות אמריקאית כיוון שנולדה בארה״ב. היא התגוררה שנתיים בארה״ב. רציתי לשאול האם לי ולאחיי מגיעה אזרחות אמריקאית? אציין כי לסבי ולסבתי אין אזרחות אמריקאית.
If you are over 18 and your mother has Citizenship only because she was born there then she cannot apply for Citizenship for you. If she does live there she can always apply for an Immigrant Visa for you but it takes a long time and is only relevant if you are interested in going to live there in a few years
